Starting a 20 gallon this saturday ADViCE AND TIPS WELCOMED

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yeah adding the rock later is kind of a risk but as long as you don't add a large amount of rock at one time (high percentage of new rock) it shouldn't be a problem. just make sure to clean it and keep an eye on the parameters to be safe

you can always reduce the flow (on any good one anyway) but i've never heard of anything called just "powerhead 301"

oh... aren't those for 30's? if they i think you're good

yeh it is for a 30 gallon....in the tank there all small oxygen bubbles i suppose is that ok?...there is water on the walls of the tank above the water and on the lid(like evaporated water) any tips?....when i buy the shrimp to start the cycling process should i buy a specific one should it be frozen more info on the shrimp to use....
