So is the PVC a place for the larger fish to stay or to keep the fry hidden or what? Just trying to understand everything exactly..

I put some sand in there to debate whether I wanted to sand the whole bottom or not. I still havent figured out if I want to or not

Im getting some more pics today hopefully. The filter socks have been on overnight so hopefully the water is crystal enough now to get some good pictures :)

what are you planning on putting in there? you need to get a male dovii and male umbie:) the pond looks great btw......UPDATE

that would be cool but i don't think that pond would even be big enough for those two brutes they can clame huge territorys mabye but defenitly not if there breeding mabye females

This guy has two other ponds that are 1100 gallons, one of which is FILLED with aggressive cichlids. Including a pair of Dovii, with a 16" male (If i remember correctly) And I think he has a Pair of Umbee in there as well, not to mention many other fish.
