Just a quick update. There are fish in 4/6 summer tanks.
I have done all the work re my Budrovcan line of L236. I got 25 offspring from 1.75 inches to about 2.75 plus 15 newborms barely 1/2 inch from the grow tank. From the breeder tank I got 4 more small fry and another 20 from 1+ to under 1.75 which were moved to the grow tank.
I also did the first F1 L173 grow tank. 25 fish all in the 1.75 - 2 inch range. 16 look to have the start of the typical zig zaf patter and 10 look preety neat but I cannot confirm they will get the zig zag pattern, not all of the do.
I have 3 more tanks with F1 l173. The ther are the other 236 and 173 groups which are each in two tanks. These were bough as tank bred fish.
The last tanks I will look into are my zebra pleco tanks. One has a few sellable size fish but the other tank only began spawning a few months ago and I do not notmmally sell my Hypans until they hit 1.5 inch TL minimum. I might do so for picked up fish but have not done so to date.
