Starting to get annoying...

when u are home try spending more time around the tank that may bring them out of their shell when I get new fish I will spend as much time as possible around my tank just so they see a body around then they will come around but it does take time

The growout is in my kitchen... what do you think Seriously though yeah I do I spend a lot of time watching them. So does my 2 year old and my old lady as well.

Ime with cichla, they grow out of it. A few inches and I don't imagine them being skittish at all.

got 2 orinos that ive tried keeping in a growout tank but they were acting like yours moved them to a 150gallon 5minutes later they were out begging for food =)

Some more hope! lol They will be moving to a 180 in a couple weeks.
