About 10 years ago I raised a 32" silver in a 70gal It took about 7 years for filtration I had a undergravel with 1 powerhead and airpump and a skilter box filter. She also dropped egggs for me once. 25% weekly water changes. Feed mostly goldfish with some worms and frozen mice and a live frog here and there.

I currently have a 20" silver in a 180 wet/dry filter and undergravel plates (2-30gal) with power heads. feed goldfish, pellets, shrimp, scallops, crickets, worms, mice, frogs, junebugs in season.

also have a 16" lechardti currently in a 70gal with undergravel and magunm 350 feed the same loves junebugs and crickets

Just picked up an 11" jardini today and is in my 150g with 2 oscars, jd, pleco, and clown knife. I'm going to keep a close eye on him/her and we'll see what happens. Going to be upgrading to a 300g this year either way if I keep the jar or not. Filteration is 2 fx5's and a hydro V sponge.

Right now I have a 7in Silver in a 55 gallon with 4 medium sized silver dollars, i just bought it a month ago and can't get it to eat anything but the freeze dried krill. I just set up a 100 gallon tank and currently cycling it, hope to get it in its new home soon. probably do another tank upgrade in the new future, might have to put it in my garage since theres no room left in my living room lol.

7 silver aros raised all together since they were 8 weeks old. They are about two years old and range from 20"-24". I think the alpha males are the larger ones. They all get along great. They have been raised on the 9-1 Azoo Aro sticks & freeze dried krill from day one. I feed them once a day and skip a day once a week. 360g, 8x3x2. 45g sump pushing 1400g an hour, bio balls & large cube in sump for bacteria growth, also large canister filter with UV, 150g a day RODI water purifier, I change 25% water every other day. They are doing great. 3 keys to aro success is water quality, no disease from live food or new tank mates, not over feeding!!!

1 silver (23") 5 blacks(14-20") in a 100g along with a watermelon and cactus pleco, shovelnose and 3 pin orantus catfish . aros been in since they were about 12-14 inches(about 3 years). was running a resun canister rated for a 150 then switched to running an fx5 with uv. feeding them azoo aro sticks and dried shrimp.

My tank is 8feet x2.5feet wide x 2feet. I had two silver arowanas in it that were one 30" and the other was 25". The larger was six months older then the other, I had them for about two years and they never stoped growing till the day they died unfotunately, because I had to move them to another tank to make some changes in their tank and they died the next day. Now I got my self a black arowana that is 8" (I hope it gets as big as the silvers were). I always feed my arowanas pallets, blood worms, chicken breast and beef heart.

13-14 inch Jardini, got him at about 7 inchs, had him 6 months he/she is in a 250g eats anything i put in there. 2 ac110 and a fx5

they're in pretty good shape. just sold one of the 18"blacks yesterday. i might have thrown off the hierarchy because now they seem to be more fussy. just dumped the fx5 too after it leaked about 25 gal onto the floor. crappy design of the o-ring and motor. luckily it happened when i was home. :irked:
