No, your tank is not long enough, you have the width. Aro tanks need length & width, height is least important, Aros spend 90 percent of their time on top. Silvers get 3+ feet long, they need to swim end to end and have plenty of room to make their turns. You do not want them backing up/ going backwards too much. This will seriously effect their soft tissue gills to curl out and lead to a very unhealthy Aro.

they're in pretty good shape. just sold one of the 18"blacks yesterday. i might have thrown off the hierarchy because now they seem to be more fussy. just dumped the fx5 too after it leaked about 25 gal onto the floor. crappy design of the o-ring and motor. luckily it happened when i was home.![]()
