How are you still alive? Lol
It's the hazards of being the only one at the store with big enough balls to deal with the nasty critters. Don't get me started on how many reptile and small animal bites I've endured. Really the urchin was the worst, spine slid up under my fingernail and broke off. The coral cat and foxface were both small so it was like a bad hornet sting. The pim made my hand numb.

I guess my story about getting bit by a dwarf hamster, when I worked at pet shop during college, kinda pales in comparison to yours. lol

Summer of 2011 I was tagged pretty good by a ray in Charleston SC while fishing. It was the most painful experience I have ever had not from the wound itself but the venom. I'm not a big dude but my arm swelled to around 24" around. Literally felt like my arm was in a beehive. The barb almost went completely through my arm before it deflected off the bone. My two cents to you is leave the wound open so it can drain. I know when they stiched my arm up they left it loose to drain all the bad stuff out. Also look for infection along with the possibitily the barb or pieces of the barb broke off inside of you. I had to get x rays to check and luckily was okay and it was clean in and out. Other than that it was an interesting vacation. My advice handle or be extremely mindful of rays and their barbs. I have pictures of it so view at your own will.

WTH??? They didn't give ME any stitches,....it just drained and leaked bloody pusy neurotoxin cocktail for the next 3 weeks.......I couldn't even work-out properly; everytime i tried to curl or lift or close my grip, the wound opened back up.
