Stepping down from the Moderator position

I did not start this thread to insult the site, though I myself feel insulted because I thought I was doing a service to this place. I started this thread to explain to those that might wonder why I wasen't a mod anymore. Simple as that. What really does piss me off is this. As you know there is a Moderator forum on this site unseen by other members. I was constantly in there seeking advice about these hard to deal with threads. Hardly any mods gave me thier input on how to handle things but then all of a sudden Neo tells me some mods are upset with me. No mods ever talked to me man-to-man about the things I did here, nor did any give me feedback in my threads. The few that did had nothing but nice things to say to me. So what's more mature? Mods talking smack behind my back and not giving me the feedback I ask for or me starting a thread on why I won't be moderating the site anymore? I worked hard in here. I tackled difficult situations like regulations and non-natives. I wrote lots of material for this forum and in the end I get "fired" for pissing off some trolls and not argeeing with everyone.

I wonder if there is another forum for the Global moderators because I hadn't even heard about you being removed.

As far as the thread goes I think that it could have been done better, I know that you are upset and I understand it and I'm sorry to see it happen.

Look at how some of the others in this thread are treating me as I offered some advice, I have to say that with the way they are acting I'm not sure if it's not for the better if some of them leave.

I know almost 0% about native fish so I almost never read this forum but I don't put oil in the water.

No, Neo talked to me about it. He was very kind and honest and he is the one who I assumed removed me from the team. I don't know what mods had a problem with me but I assure you that they never let me know. I haven't talked to RTF in...well...I don't think I ever talked to him.

I love how active I made the native forum with this single thread. I'm seeing tons of members in here who have never been in here before.

Actually, I'm the one who talked to Neo, the site owner. Not you and he asked me to "step down" and that's why I quoted it. Though I would have been removed regardless.

Wait you mean the Neo that lets his staff run the site and lets them decide things???? Ummmm...Interesting....Li you have something to say on this?

where is this informative native site? i am starting to like natives, and this forum is awesome, but the native section isn't very lively and it takes a while to get answers sometimes.

thread entered a downward spiral until our mod decided to shut it down

people on this particular discussion forum need advise from well informed, mature people.

i think threads should be shut down when they reach a personal level, then they can be carried out via PM until however many parties involved are tired of it. if this forum becomes saturated with threads that are catty and mostly non informative people will stop frequenting it.

I regret to imform you guys here in the Coldwater forum that I have been asked to step down from my position as Moderator. Apperantly it has been talked about and I have been informed that I have a "lack of people skills" and as such I lack "chemistry" with MFK's overall flow. Some of you will be happy, others won't but I like to think that while I was here I made this forum slightly better and at the very least got some good stickies up in here. Thank you all for your support and I'll see you around.

Ah well, without Arthur as moderator, there is no reason for me to continue to spend time here. I am also done.

Awsome....so now not only did we lose the one and only mod for native forum...which he is probably the only mod that ever visited this forum but we just lost about half the knowledge on native fish. Now you go and piss of drew and poly and there goes the other half. I feel betrayed by MFK honestly. Why the hell would we go and boot the only things the native forum has going for it. Looks like I only have one place to go for natives now. I will be seeing the important people on the REAL native site.
