I went OCD and over cleaned my gravel, walls, and filter during a huge WC once and had a weird cloudiness for a few days after that. I assumed it was some sort of bacterial bloom from my upsetting the balance with the overaggressive cleaning. The parameters were still perfect and the fish looked happy, so I left it and it cleared in a day or two.
