think my ray is super stressed for some reason... and the back of his disc is curling but then i make him move to switch a spot in the tank and when he lands his disc is down ,,,,, but will slightly curll urrrgh i dont know what to do because that means death is coming .... also noticed alot of sand build up by his stinger ... and on the 2 back tips of his disc i just dunno what to do ......need imput

is it possible that you can add pictures to help us determine what this is? If it's death curl then there's not much you can do... what are your water params? Size tank? Tankmates possibly stressing him out? Is he eating?

What do you mean by your water params are "good" we need you to be more exact so that we can help. What is considered good for normal fish is not the same for a stingray. I'll have to see the pictures to see if it is actually death curl. He could just be settling in if you only got him a week ago. Has he eaten yet? What's your filtration and waterchange schedule? Did you properly acclimate him?

first pic is the curl and you can see the sandy yuk build up on his back of his disc... second pic is it on his stinger... honestly how pppfftt am i

yes he was acclimated properly with the water dripped in while floating to balance out the water umm...he has eaten it .. blackworms .. and silversides

my filter isnt any superhuge thing its a trickle filter for a 90 whisper i believe water temp is 78-80
