Oh, I have official IBama Document as PDF.Data from 22th October 2008.
No idea how to show?! And I don´t know portugese, but can read the quotes.
Ofcourse I often heard "now will they come" and so on, but know I have the official document so it´s the first time I belive in it.

an anecdote to the above: china, malaysia, thailand, singapore, japan, taiwan just to name a few countries have pretty much filled the quota already. maybe a few to europe., as for the USA??? did anyone get them...??? Mike?

Yes I think there won´t be so many for europe&usa.
But for Europe i think that the most CB pups will now stay here and get cheaper cause Asia´s breeding stock will get even bigger.
