Stingray help

Raja I would not get a ray. I'm sure the one at the shop isn't eating floating pellets. I would maybe say go for it if you can witness this Ray eat floating pellets. I am trying to offer some serious advice. No one has really touched on the aspect that rays have to be trained for months or even years to accept pellets. More common foods are frozen fish and shrimp. But most likely your ray that is fresh wild caught Will need live food to start out. Shrimps black worms etc.it Will most likely be infested with parasites. Should be quarantined away from other fish for months. Not to be rude but you sound to lazy to keep a stingray and didn't seem to bothered of the thought of your Fish possibly killing it.

Yeah your right I'm to lazy to keep a ray. But that's why I started this thread so that u guys can help me. And I have seen the ray eating pellets.

Like pet stores in foreign countries we don't get our rays direct from wildlife. First they are transferred to some other city where they are kept for some time then they are are sent to pets tore. And our staff is very inexperienced. Plecos are known as suckers in Pakistan.lol. Theyre to lazy to buy a shrimp and all that stuff. They just start feeding pellets. So according to me buying any fish from our fish stores is like saving them

I've never been a fan of "saving" fish from fish stores, because they will just order in a new one.

Well, I have to apologize in advance because this is my first post on this site and it will be a negative one. I know this is not the best way to start off. That being said, I wish Raj had started this thread two months ago. That is when I started doing research on all the fish I am interested in for my upcoming build. It would of saved me hours of combing through old posts on this site and two others as well as google and youtube. Raj, this is not a compliment. Although, you have me given a list of excuses if I need any in the future. I can understand asking your original questions, but while waiting for a response, do some research of your own. Don't just wait for their replies and then argue with them. Half the reason this is my first post is because there is tons of info and first hand accounts on this site. I didn't have to ask because most of it was very easy to look up. These people have been dealing with these fish or a long time and they are politely trying to help you. It can be seen as insult if you challenge the advice you asked for. I am also trying to help you, so don't take this post as an insult. Again, I'm sorry for introducing myself this way.
