I’m based in NJ, so it was a local pickup. They said it was ready and eating which was a lie!! This was a replacement… 1st one died within 24 hr as well.. and they tried to charge me 50% for it which died as well. I invited Global to come to my house and test my water and they refuse lol ( they obviously know their ray is bad if they can’t find fault under my care). They ignored my phone call and msg, very professional…Predatoryfin even came over to my house, picked up 4 of my Arowana and even said I have crystal clear water with clean and healthy tank(video on their YouTube). They gave me a group of Discus, discus are very sensitive and all of them are still thriving, 0 death! That just proves my water is in perfect shape and it’s problem with the quality of their ray. They just flip it when it lands, instead of nurturing it back to health before selling.
