Can I mix koi with stingray? I would like to see some comment concerning this. Let me know. Thanks in advance

I've no idea if the kois would nip at the rays' discs, but koi produce a lot of waste, and so do rays. So you're gonna need to do a LOT of water changing and hook up some serious filtration, I'd assume.
The water conditions required for either animals vary, namely temp and GH. I woyldn't personally do it for tgat reason alone but i would also worry about the koi eitger getting darted or harrassing the rays.

Let's see....Koi's are coldwater fish and Stingrays are tropical. I would say "no"!
koi's are all 4 season fish actually. they can live in cold and tropical. its def doable. but like someone said. ur gonna need good filtration as they both are poop machines.
a member on here that dude that has a actual pool fill with monster fish. he has koi's mix in with aro's, pama's, catfish and other monster fish. koi's are hardy fish...they can live in pretty much all conditions

Ya i would do it and I just went to a lfs and saw an 8" koi for only $15 and I was gonna buy it but I decided not too because it was really big. So I would definitely do it koi are very hardy fish so they would probably be fine in ur tAnk or pond with the rays

I know kois are cold water, but I am wondering if it is safe to keep them together. Will the koi attack or mess with rays? Anyone have ever keep them together?
