Lol the three stooges! Tinfoils seem nice looking too but they'll grow too big for my tank. And i'm sure if i should fit 5 silver dollars in there too. Maybe i can mix both silver dollar and tiger barbs. :D. 3 and 5, respectively. Sounds ok? Getting a new fish is always exciting, no matter what kind it is. :nilly:
 
your from NJ ? there is a place right near allentown PA that can get something that will work great for you. I order all my fish threw there. electric cats, bamboo sharks, redtails, anything that you can find for sale in the us
 
Yes. Allentown from here i think is a good 1 1/2 - 2 hr drive, so it's still quite far. Maybe when i plan to upgrade i'll look in to that place. I only have 40g set up right now. But thanks for he info dzjr1188. It'll definitely help in the near future ;)

Yea they are little to speedy for my tank, I kind of wish I had went with the SD but oh well. My male opal gourami is a little **** and keeps them on the far right side of the tank while he has the rest of the tank to himself! Kind of annoying.. but maybe once they settle in a little the gourami will leave them alone.

Well, he is a craigslist unpapered "pitbull" so there is no telling what his lineage is truly, but I consider him a pitbull lol He is a cool little dog :)
 
I already bought 6 tiger barbs since it was on sale at Petsmart and i had a coupon as well. But now I'm thinking of taking it back. I noticed one tries to peck on my sen. I wonder if it's a sign of an impending nipping galore. What u guys think?
 
I'd give it a couple days being hierarchy has to be established......But each fish has it's own personality....
 
So much for nipping each other. They were stressing out my senegal so i just decided to return them. And, i'm unsure if my 40g is appropriate for 15 tiger barbs + senegal. I bought 3 silver dollars instead :). Hopefully they'll be alright. I might have to rehome them when they get bigger though :(
