Everyones fine now , no pushing/ fighting now !

But Do you think i could fit anymore fish in with my current ones when i get the 240gal tank ?

I dont want to make the mistake off getting some more now then later on when i get the bigger tank having to get rid of some fish .

it could very much work. I've seen most people say they are pretty aggressive, but I recall some sources, like Dick Stratton state that they are gentle giants among CA cichlids

I see that someone else knows about Richard F. Stratton. He is very knowledgable in the fish and dog world, especially the American Pitbull Terrier. Actually, I got a Pit dog after reading his books. The are simply the best dogs. However, I've never read any of his fish books. He lives in Southern California and I've met him at a dog convention.

Anyways, why don't you get a silver aro. The 240 gallon tank is big enough for a large silver to turn around. The will go well with the fish you have now. I have a 240 also and it's stocked with 1 Jardini, 2 oscars, 1 pleco, 1 red parrot and 1 African Pike. African Pikes are also a good pick and they can be fed dried food. I used to have a silver aro but it mysteriously died. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=160693

I was thinking a while back on getting one but then changed my mind .
But i am still in two minds on getting one should i or should i not
I also have seen a Dat' ( named in the shop as a Tiger fish ) for £21.00 , i was thinking on getting him the same time i was getting the Black Belt' and Acara but he was only about 2inch head - tail and didnt really want to spent £21.00 on a fish that size , also didnt know how fast he would grow , so i didnt know how long he would have to be in a seprate tank for .

I use to have Dats. They grow pretty slow. Also, sometimes certain dats will never be as colorful as you want them. They will either look washed out or turn black. Dats can get pretty expensive so most people can only get small ones. Wide-bar dats are very difficult to get and large size wide-bars can cost $300 or more. The Doctor.

Dont think i want to get a Dat' then if theye are slow growers as i havent got the room for any more tanks to house one . But could i fit any more fish in to the 240Gal with my current stock or not ?
