I am in the process of building a plywood/acrylic aquarium for my basement, The final dimensions will be 96x36x30. I currently have a 9-10" silver arowana residing with a pair of 4" severums.
I was given the arowana as a gift, so I rather not get rid of it, although my choices of fish would be much greater if i did not have to worry about the arows large mouth
After searching around this website I have two very different stocking plans.
the first one would be
1 silver arow
3-4 mono peacock bass
1 Red tail cat
The other would be an assortment of large semi Aggresive cichlids such as severums, veija, pike, ect. Along with some oddballs I have long wanted to keep. Bichar, Dats, Gar.
Which of these would you choose? let me hear your opinions
Thanks
