PLZ READ EVERYONE BEFORE POSTING AGAIN!!!
this is a grow out tank for the clown knife and the id shark(which will go in a larger tank when they are larger and i haven't seen an iridescent shark over 18" in my life, so...).in some of the books i have say chinese hi fins get only 24"...just an idea to see what everyone would say. AND the banded sharks can live in tropical conditions, but they will not thrive in them.

If you plan on keeping your current stock together, you are still already full, even if your fish don't grow anymore. But they will grow and quickly as i'm sure you know. Id's get larger than 18 in aquaria, i've seen them about 24 and they need a bigger tank than other fish their size because they are active swimmers.
And with the hi fin... remember the point of the hobby is to have the fish thrive. :irked:

once the fish get too big for my aquaria, i'll either upgrade if i have the money or sell them to an owner with an aquarium large enough for these beasts, ok?

That's great. In that case... I think you are still full. But that's just me and what do I know?

even a noob like me would say that those are going to outgrow that fish tank when the fish get to like 10 in. (all of the fish)

its a 48" x 18" x 20" i don't think these fish are going to outgrw even a 30 gallon tank at 10 inches.

 so everyone else is wrong and your right? looks like you need to re-evaluate your interest in taking care of live animals properly.

when did i ever say i was right and everyone else was wrong? i was stating my opinion on keeping the average size 10 inch fish.

CURRENT STOCK LIST
1x senegal bichir 7"
1x african knife fish 5"
2x sun catfish 2"
1x clown knife 7"
again, once the clown knife gets too big i will get an adequate 175 gallon tank(most likely larger)or give it away to someone here on mfk or elsewhere online. i know it will grow very fast and soon outgrow my tank, but i knew that from the start also knowing i have a local lfs willing to take in large fish like these. i just wanted to get to know more about this fish from keeping one.
Everybody happy?
The voting should still go on with suggestions on maybe different fish. if you have voted plz state why i should get it. Thank you all for you comments. more appreciative for smost of them...
