I would say tanganyikan tank- the color is definitely still there depending what you pick. I'd do some calvus/alto compressiceps, with lelupi, maybe tretocephalus, could throw in some synodontis cats as well.

Or a low tech planted tank with different tetras, some peaceful gouramis, and a bunch of mixed shrimp (ghost, japonica, bamboo)
