stocking my first 55g!! what would you do?

ok, so i've talked about this on another thread and decided to try a baby oscar and a baby green terror untill they out grow the tank.

HOWEVER.... i think i may be being a little closed minded about this in the past and now i think it may be a stress to always know that im gonna have to get a new tank....

i've just discovered exodons, they seem cool, how many could i get away with in the 55g?

what would you suggest, ANYTHING freshwater goes!!!

ps. i like aggressive :D
 
u can not have them with the Green terror and oscar.
 
I would suggest a pair of Jack Dempseys.
 
are you looking to do a species only tank? or some type of community? a single wolf fish of the smaller species would be excellent idea imo ( never personally kept them but I have seen them suggested before by some of the people who have kept them) and there is a thread I believe " the end all mini monster thread" that has a list of fish in for 55 gallons or smaller. offers a pleathera of options for your tank size, and give you some more species to consider.

i meant trying something else instead of those two mate...
