What about just a large group of neon tetra's? I think that would look cool. Maybe 3 Kuhli Loaches and a Reticulated Hillstrem

So just a thought... pea / pygmy / dwarf puffers?... how many and would they cohabit with otos? Just another idea that popped into my head.
You could probably do 3-5 based on territory availability. They have done well with otos in my experience, as long as the otos have enough plant matter to graze on. You may also be able to get away with a couple tetras mixed in with them based on the puffer’s personality.
Well I am still undecided. I was tempted by some endlers live bearers (true, not guppy mixes) at the LFS.. but they just didn't compel me enough. However I do pick up 10 cherry shrimp on Sunday - will see how they go 
So... loving these 10 that I picked up today. Wishing I had brought more at the bargain price of £1 each!
Kuhli loaches and shrimp. It's fun to watch them battle it out over food.
