No one ever admits they have high readings or they dont know how to actually take them.

Nitrates aren't as dangerous as nitrite or ammonia. Rays have been know to do well in 200 ppm Nitrates and breed . Are sure it is an algae bloom and not a cycling issue?stingray_tj;4062691; said:my nirates never get over 5.0 or 10.0.. you sure your at 30..? seems kinda high.. im at 5.0 right now i gues your right i shouldnt say 0. but the rest is so dang close to 0..
