I meant to tell you not to waste your slates by simply stacking them up, utilize them better by postioning 2 nice size rocks away from each other and put the slate on top of the 2 rocks making a nice cave. I use that method and flowerpots, you can also stack caves up I have plent of success with these type of setups and the results are my cichlids breeding with in 2weeks of putting them in my tank lol. My fastest spawn was 5years ago i will never forget I had purchased 2 texas cichlids from 2 different pet stores and they bred the same day i put them together lol that was crazy. On average when im trying to spawn a pair of cichlids it takes 4weeks max, they love my setups.

Yeah that's kinda how I did mine just without the flowerpots. Ill post a before and after pics later when I get off work

Ok sounds good, Its nice if you could get a flowerpot in there because they are great cover for the wigglers.

I'm gunna try to find some small ones. Since the 15 doesn't have much of a foot print.

Yes bro, Thats exactly what im talking about great job. I want to post pics so bad but they dont show up well, the fry will be fry swimming either tonite or tomorrow sometime I will have pics then.

Thanks bro, the fry are in the second pic beside the rock on the right side of that pic. Good news bro, the fry are starting to fry swim and it may just be me but it looks like i have some pink offspring. The HRP must be carrying the pink gene this is awesome.
