strong water flow for my discus

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The discus are 2 inch lil guys. 4 more are on the way. Just hard u tube videos of other people running river tanks too. No plants

I have 2 jaebo po4 running max 1000gph each and the return pump and another 1000 or so from my return after head losses. So 3000 gph in a 180 and the discus don't even notice it. Here is a video about me training them to not be skittish. The stock isn't quite a year old so they are growing great.

Rad tank yo!!!

I'm running high flow with discus, 3 schools of tetras, 2 red tailed sharks. 1 pleco. Works awesome!!! Hydor 600. 6 air stones. 2750 gph current. And a penguin 150 on top for a biowheel. Fish are all super fast and eat a lot. Water levels are perfect. 100 gallon tank

My 2 “ discus love swimming into the return water as if they’re are playing for about 5 to 10 minutes and then move away
