Well, your 300 isn't plumbed, so that's just temporarily incomplete. 250 turned out great. 120 came out as good as it possibly could have for a durso setup.

300 is getting another FX5, the little giant/oceanclears (3/4" plumbing) and done, no sump for now. I have piles of random equipment, plumbing, wood etc..

Between the two of us and all the things we hoard we could probably start a small LFS  I'm sure we can get Req mostly covered on the smaller stuff. Agree?

I have to check what I have left. I have given away so much stuff. I know I have some PVC around though.
My 180 is pathetic right now dude. One FX5. I'm gonna move fish around and drain it soon.

Yeah I got rid of a lot and used a lot but still have quite a bit of stuff left. Sorry to hear on the 180. If you end up getting rid of it lmk, Teejay would probably want it. Lets get together this weekend and meet up with Req and draw out the system specs.

$3750 just for the tank. Throw in a custom stand, I figure that'll be $1250 or less, and it still comes in at less than the $5300 that GC quoted me for stand/tank/shipping/accessories. I doubt that it comes with overflow covers and bulkheads, but those are fairly minimal expenses.

And I definitely plan on seeing you soon JK47. No way in **** am I ordering that tank first. :)

You could build a stand and make it pretty for under $300. All you need is a drill since most hard ware store will cut the wood for a price.

Ugh, I got slammed with work all week.

Hopfully I can go see JK47 this weekend and get the order placed on Monday. Thanks for all of the help and support guys, I'm excited!

I went and hung out with JK47 last night. Great guy, AMAZING setups, and easily the most awesome cichlid I've ever seen in person. Well, several of the most awesome cichlids I've ever seen in person to be technical, but the big male managuense is really a sight to behold and interact with.

Learned a lot, I'm going full-steam ahead on Monday!

Thanks again Justin.

Glad to have you over bro. This is going to be an awesome build. Thanks for letting me help!!!
