yeah that's tricky about air rifles.. you'd have to get one that is manually pumped, cuz CO2 rifle prolly wouldnt have enough power to take down a cat... So that really just gives you one good shot, then you have to spend a minute pumping the gun back up again for a 2nd shot

Just call the local animal control and tell them that a pack of ferrell cats tryed to attack you and you saw them foaming at the mouth. They will have them cats cleaned out that day.

Get yourself an australian cattle dog aka "blue heeler",hands down the greatest cat eliminator in the animal world,not to mention the best companion animal you could own.

What a pretty shepard.. I agree, they don't like cats and they are very protective.. My old gal used to get a hold of cats and fling them around like she was a cat playing with a mouse...hehe. Kind of comical

If you don't want to kill the cats but have a taste for active cat "discouragement" get yourself a semiauto paintball gun. Hit their butts and they will go 5' in the air and hit the ground running. It might not totally keep them away but the second they hear your door or window open they will boogie. It works on dogs, sheep, and deer as well, and is funny as hell to see. If they are legal in your area you can get the ones filled with pepper powder and send a little surprise home with them.

I am really having trouble with one of my neighbors. Ok here goes..

Yesterday afternoon after work I was doing yardwork when I noticed two mocking birds had made a nest in one of the trees in my yard. The nest was only 7 feet off the ground so I was able to observe them and their four hatchlings for awhile. Anyway after that I go in the house and start listening to music. My neighborhood has a rule no loud music after 10 oclock. It was only seven so I turned it up halfway. About a half an hour later I hear this bangin on my door BOOM BOOM BOOM! Guess who it is? My troublesome neighbor. "Turn that crap down now!" she says. " Hell naw" I said "Its only 7:30 and besides its not even loud." Then she said"If you dont turn it down I'll call the police!". "Go ahead and call" I said. About thirty minutes later. I hear a knock of my door. I opened the door to see a polcie officer standing there. "Is this you residence" he asks. "Yes it is" I reply. Well sir we recieved a complaint from one of your neighbors about your music being to loud". " Well officer if my music was so loud how come none of my other neighbors complained"?. As luck would have it my other next door neighbor was leaving his house he came over and asked me what was going on. I told him you know who had called the police on me about my music being to loud. "Officer I will vouch for him. His music was not to loud you could have only heard if you really wanted to hear it."

After that the officer left saying he really didnt see a problem here. Thats not all remember those mocking birds I found?

Well this morining I went to check on them and guess what I found? One of her twenty cats had climbed the tree and eaten all of the chicks. The parent birds were furious and where attacking the cat however it would not budge. It was fast asleep. I grabbed my water hose and put it on full blast. The water knocked the cat out of the tree and it ran back to its yard. Her cats are always in my yard tearing up my plants and ripping through my yard. I dont know what to do as I am currently building an outdoor pond and I know her cats will kill the fish I put in it.

I have told her a million times to keep her cats out of my yard but she refuses to do so. So now I have to cat proof my yard. Otherwise my pond fish will be cat food.

Bull, no you don't. go to your locale animal shelter and get a live trap and catch all her cats. Put some tuna in the trap and wait. I had a similar problem in New Mexico a **** for a neighbor. I caught all but three and turned them in. My neighbor threaten to kill my dogs while I was at work if I did not stop. So the last three cats were killed while he watched and screamed and he never bothered me again. I did throw the headless bodies over the fence and told him touch my dogs which never leave my yard and i will do it to you. They (cats) will try to kill your fish trust me they will.

Some cats do associate traps but my favorite food for traps is canned catfood. So a lot of them can't resist heheheheh it's cheap too.

I dont post signs whatsoever in my property. I just trap them and bring them to the pound. If anyone lets their cats run around why should I be the one to tell them where it is. It's her resposibilty to look for it.

BTW don't rent the traps costs too much to rent. just buy them. the cat size ones are liek $40-$50 I think Home Depot sells them.

Or for more fun.....Use a bear trap

Most cities ban traping of animals. You are alowed to live trap and turn them in. I try to turn them in in another town this way it will take them time to find and most are destroyed before they are found. I do remove the collars and that seems to make it harder for the owner to find and its a fine use of your state tax dollars.

hokay u know the really creamy catfood **** they advertise for those cat loving mofos to buy thier cat named fluffy for after its maniquere well yeah pick up a can of that and mix in some lead or if u cant find lead maby murcury ( some thermometers still have it ) a bit of rat poison will do it but dont put too much rat poison in because that will make them vomit and they will survive if they vomit .......experiment a lil bit see what comes out of it
