Stupid Stealth Heaters

I have two 250w Ebo Jagers on my 150 in a cold room (basement with large walkout that gets very cold in winter) and they can keep my tank at 81 no problem.

I would think you should be fine with 2 250w stealths on a 125...

I agree, two should do the job. I have about 1,00W on my central setup and I'm not even shure they are all working. Temp is fine.

make sure there is plenty of water circulation around them. I've had no problems with mine.

Never had a problem they run on all four of my tanks. Though they are all atleast 6" under the surface. They range from 50 watts to 250

I ran two 250 watts on a 450 with no problem keeping the temps at 88.

how are you measuring the temperature? maybe its the thermometer and not the heater....just a thought
