It seems Swollen and there is a pimple like bump that I thought was a scale...I am very worried. He acts normal and eats like a pig, roaming aroud the tank like he always does. the LFS suggested a medicine called NITROFUR.
Update: changed the substrate mostly, few bits of black gravel left but doubt they will be an issue. Fish and I are both stressed. As a moderately New fish keeper never wanted to quit the hobby this bad LoL. Waiting for the water to clear so that I can do some maintenance and add more conditioned water. Half of the plants are gone hope it doesnt ruin the tank ...
