I would say the puffer is a good canidate but most any trigger is a sure bet. If you want a fish that will stay small and is an agressive/finger chaser then go for a domino damsel. These guys get to about 4 inches but are EXTREMELY territorial and will defend their territory against larger creatures.

My marine betta chases my finger but she is very tame and thinks i'm going to feed her. Most agressive fish once tamed and used to their owners feeding them will become finger chasers as long as you dont scare them when you clean the tank because they will learn that your hand is a scary thing.
Come to think of it pretty much all the fish in our 33 chase my finger since they think i'm going to feed them. The fish in that tank are: flame angle, 3 green chromis, 2 percs, 6 line wrasse, and a purple fire fish. They all come to the top and follow my finger when I am going to feed them.

Hm im looking for more of an aggressive territorial fish for a single specimen tank. For example FW, a dovii cichlid. Any sw fish with that type of aggressive territorial mentality? I dunno..I wanna start SW but i'm not over my aggressive fish phase, everything seems to be just for show and looks. =/

Well you're going to want one of the more aggressive trigger or a very aggressive eel such as a green moray.
