Suction cups for moving bigger tanks

Are these straps, the kind that appliance guys use to strap around themselves and the appliance?

If there's a local glass cutting place, maybe then have those suction cups for rent.

Maybe if you have a Sunbelt Rentals in your area, like $20 per day.

No, not the ones I have anyway. Here is a picture of the ones I have. They are a life saver and really cheap.
