Suggestions for a 55g Bichir tank.

I am very weary of sticking them in with anything really... Which is why I am contemplating moving my 4" Severum over from my 40 Breeder to the 55, and move the driftwood over as well (or just buy more driftwood). The sev was fine with them during that couple of weeks long stint they had together. It may be nice having the severum in one of my bedroom tanks. It's always looking for someone to watch it. Lots of personality.

:grinno:... I know you were looking forward to it (apparently more than I was lol)... It will still happen, just not in the next month or two.
 
Why not? Now I have to wait for new polys for MONTHS
I can't get any until the end of summer because now I'm going to start off with Africans!!! But then I'm going for 3 sens and an endli :)
 
Well, the store I ordered my sens from told me straight up that they wouldn't be able to order more polypterus for a while. It could have just been a business ploy... I will make the call this weekend to see for sure, but I am not getting my hopes up.

edit: An endli? Cut it out... :D lol
 
What kind of dat could I get? Indo?

The thought never even crossed my mind... I know they're notoriously slow growers, but I didn't know I could keep one in a 55g.
