one fx5 will be fine with that. although you can get a tank drilled when its already built.
look locally or ask your lfs. there are guides online if you think your brave enough.
main thing is put a putty ring around the hole you are going to drill and fill that with water so that it keeps the glass cool. dont push too hard and let the drill do the work.
