Everyone is currently acclimating, should I have my sun cat drip acclimate for 1 or 2 hours?

How different is the water? I usually use a TDS meter. Unless you're already adding the salt, a long acclimation shouldn't be needed.

I always do a drip acclimation of 1-2 hours depending on what the fish is. Done a few 3-4 hours. Ended up doing a 1 hour this tine.
So what am I suppose to do with the kosher salt? I'll do this tomorrow since it's half past midnight now

Dose it to 1%. I don't know offhand how many tablespoons per gallon that is. Or you could wait and see what antibiotics you can source locally tomorrow.

Ok so I was thinking about it for a bit and I believe you literally meant 1% of salt per gallon. So 1% of 20 gallons would be 0.2 gallons. I looked up how many teaspoons are in 0.2 gallons and I got 153.6
Does that sound about right?
Also, how would I go about mixing? I doubt that I would just straight up dump all 153.6 teaspoons in at once. I'm thinking about putting 10 teaspoons in a container of tank water and making it dissolve really well then putting it in and waiting a while before doing it again and again until all 153.6 are done.

Oh wait I just went back and read and saw you said table spoons. I googled it and there are 51.2 table spoons in 0.2 gallons.
So I still slowly mix it in until all 51.2 are in?

I currently have about enough salt to last me for well over a month. Got 2 things which equal 63 table spoons plus what ever is in the little box we have. So how do I mix it into the tank?

Well time for an update. Ended up mixing the salt in a little one gallon bowl I had on hand until it dissolved then dumped it and repeated until all the salt was in the tank.
So now onto the sun catfish. Before I put the salt in his tail looked really red and I think I could see some bone :/. Now this morning it looks less red, probably can still see bone since it's only been a night but I'm so excited that it looked less red :D. This is a good sign that he'll pull through right?

Should be, they are hardy if you keep decent water quality, how's he eating?
