Update!! So I treated and cured him of hex and finally got him attacking the different types of pellets that I am feeding my SRD! Slowly but surely. Now I just need to groom him into the beauty that he is

Ya I’ve got him on parrot grooming now and his Kok has grown a bit

What is parrot grooming

Using a parrot fish so the kamfa can play with it and chase it off to display it's dominance. Helps bring out color and testosterone for overall growth. Imo doesn't do much for kok as that is highly dependent on genetics.
