I don't know exactly what "super green texas" means. But, looking at the fish in your pic, I'd say it's a Carpintis. If you got it from a reputable dealer, that's what it is.

You know what im talking about that got like red texas super red texas super green or what ever I don't know im a newb, i feel like my fish is so cool that's he's gotta be this certain something that sets him apart from all the others. Cause he's like...my fish, do you know what i mean? But he's awesome he's prolly around 7 or 8 inches and he's a bad ass

Super green Texas is just a common name for your fish, but it's scientific name is herichthys caprintis. I also see these caprintis called perlscale cichlid. So many common names lead to confusion.
The super red Texas doesn't have a scientific name, because it's a hybrid.
Anyway he is only going to get bigger and more fun. They have tons of personality.

Speaking of hybrid fish. Im assuming this guys a male, cause i mean...his name is moe. Anyways could he potentially be a good breeding specimen, Caprintis are good breeders right? Should i mate him with somthing, im thinking about it, but I don't know where to begin

Had him for a while. He's in a 75 gallon. And has been do you think he will top out at a certain range? Or should i expect him to keep growing ( i hope he does)

Are you asking if you should mate him with a different cichlid in order to breed a hybrid? The best thing would be to find a female carpintis for him. There are enough hybrids in the hobby

Edit: Awesome fish by the way!
