The material they are made of glows in the dark. If thats what you were asking.

I just added the custom background. Looks ok but since i had to hand paint the details it doesnt look as neat as i would have liked. Not that easy to draw evenly on 4 feet of background.

You could try getting it printed to size, might be easier and look a little cleaner.
