Super skinny Henlei. Need help

Thanks guys, yeah it is a little confusing with all of the info on here. I did not get the ray from mike. The guy I got the ray from purchased it from him. So i figured maybe he fed it a bad feeder or some how it contracted a parasite or something. Thats why I added the salt/prazi.

I did a wc. Going to see if that helps. I will try to go get some ghost shrimp today.

Give us some feedback after you put the ghost shrimp in there.

Added the ghost shrimp today. He did not jump on them immediately like I was hoping. Watched him for a minute and he didn't seem interested. Had to go somewhere, so hopefully there will be less in the tank when I get back.

He still doesn't seem to be eating. I will try to up the temp and see if that helps.

Get the temp to 86 to increase his appetite . try feeding black worms , crawler and ghost shrimp. Water changes stimulate there appetite so do 50 percent every day if ya have alot of filtration. Salt is not bad and i use it to increase there appetite. Add 4 tablespoons for every water change. Water changes are key especially in a smaller tank. Ive had my wild adult hens for about 5 years now and I breed them! Water change, water change ,water change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have some rays that do that. I would not worry about that unless the area under it's nose is turning red.
