do u guys think feeding super worms to a rd is a good idea.I want to add a carnivorus diet instead of cichlid gold all the time.

NO! if there the kind of worms i'm thinking of.. My firend had a 3 12'' RD he fed the super worms or meal worms and they bit the inside of the RDs and killed them instantley

I just fed my fish 100 meal worms in the past week

I have heard of this happening, though I've fed meal worms to various fish without any problems at all.

I've heard this but I've always heard that this was an "urban myth" I don't really care either way I just don't really believe it is all. I don't think you're a liar at all. Just don't think that's what killed it. Were you there and watching it? If so I would like to hear the account of what you saw.
