Still not insulated just been building porch so garage is incorporated into house. Bills are expensive so a priority soon. Its 28 ton in total ....no reinforcement as the weight spread out the actual psi isnt much. Do worry a bit as all my water run off tunnels are below! 2 years up n running no issues yet.lolHave you insulated that garage yet? If not the electricity bill must be enormous here in the uk. And that thing must weigh over 12 tonne full ........... I hope your garage is reinforced.
