Yes this would be serious your lucky your not in the states I would have called the dnr on you :irked:. By the way thats a small bass to be getting mounted I wouldnt even consider mounting a largie unless its over 22 inchs. And you live near areas with giant smallies which are way better and get bigger there then that largie.

It was dead serious. I take poaching very seriously. And it's not that impressive of a fish. That's a decent sized bass, but it's only decent. I think it's kind of pathetic that you're going to mount it. Congratulations, your "best lmb" is something I'd throw back!

If you were somewhere I could get you in trouble for that I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'd call the DNR on you, and pursue it.

And- with that being your "best lmb"- May it be your last one, as punishment for poaching that one.

Come on blokes, don't get limp wristed. The bloke obviously didn't know it was illegal, so don't go about with your bloody goody two shoes rants, give a bloke a break aye?. While you're are reporting it to the authorities, go tell your mum too, and everyone else that this bloke made a mistake. The bloke know's he will have to get a permit next time, so let him enjoy his catch and stop bringing him down. Geez the worlds gone soft.

Anyways, good catch mate. Mount that fish. You're are mounting it to remember the great day you had. don't let these blokes bring ya down.

he did know it was illegal he even stated it in his first post here is the qoute (Problem: no fishing lisence for ontario (like that wud stop me lol)) those are his words. He new what he was doing and he did it anyway. If I did something like that I would not be posting about it. :screwy:
