hmm, i have a feeling i know where these came from, my is starting to color up, i wonder how it will turn out? Does this normally happen to notatus fry, like they look like a notatus or they look more rotkeil?

Lots of these fish out there and everyone is having the same issues. And no, notatus should not look like that and they do not go through a red change over when young.

Pretty frustrating situation, nothing like waisting time and money of stuff that is not what you paid for.

Try to deal with any vendor issues in private before saying anything online. At least give who ever they came from a chance to fix any issues. If you are not satisfied after that then you have the right to say whatever you want as far as I'm concerned.

ya, i am not having issues yet, but mine is still smaller, i was just looking to see if we all got ours from the same person.
