Swollen eye on algae eater, need help fast.

My algae eater has a swollen bloody eye as it seems. Help please on how to treat it.

Also seems to be missing some scales. Also lost a rainbow fish today. Main suspect my angelfish.

Should I put him to quarantine? Maybe the other algae eater and both of my remaining rainbow fish too. But since I usually only have 1 small fish to go in quarantine(5 gallon). I don’t know if I should add all of them.

I would do as big of a water change as you can then dose with polyguard. and feed a med in food such as metroplex.

I have a spiny eel, I’m scared about adding medicine for him.

Separate quarantine and medicate if needed... eye just red? Maybe just some good water changes will be enough and keep an eye on them as much as you can
