Wow, that is one beautiful Syno. I had a decorus that was just gorgeous but my euruptus wouldn't leave it alone. The stress led to ich and even catching it early wasn't enough. i didn't have a tank to rehouse either and lost the decorus. I have since rehomed the euruptus and acquired an angelicus.
Little update on the first one full of character had to separate from other one but he's settled in fine loves the tank he's become the boss x
Are you saying you couldn't keep them in one tank?
By boss, do you mean that the longirostris is just boisterous or pushy with other tank mates or mean?
Have they grown any?

I know its twice in one page, but any updates? Ive been watching for this fish for years now, cant seem to find them anywhere.
