that looks like the max growth for that species... i have a synodontis that is a foot so they all grow different that one is a synodontis frontosus... ... i have my synodontis who is full grown about 6 inches in with my pleco {adontis} and My 7 year old silver arow... no problem all these years.. i would get your synodontis a cave or something to hide in .. they like to take cover once in awhile especially when those arows get big.. just give your arows floating food or what ever they eat... and the synodontis some sinking pellets such as cat fish pellets ..bottom feeder pellets etc.. and he will get enough to eat.. glad to hear your baby arows are eating well....very nice pics of him of synodontis......smartlove_518;2949574; said:is this the max my syno will grow or do they get bigger and can i keep them with my aros
thank you. actually i have made a cave out of some rocks for him but he prefers hiding behind the driftwood. he dosent like to enter the cave for some reason. he also hides inside a coconut shell cave is made for him. he actually loves eating market prawns. so when i am feeding the aros i will make sure that i drop in some extra prawns just for him.Red Devil;2949701; said:that looks like the max growth for that species... i have a synodontis that is a foot so they all grow different that one is a synodontis frontosus... ... i have my synodontis who is full grown about 6 inches in with my pleco {adontis} and My 7 year old silver arow... no problem all these years.. i would get your synodontis a cave or something to hide in .. they like to take cover once in awhile especially when those arows get big.. just give your arows floating food or what ever they eat... and the synodontis some sinking pellets such as cat fish pellets ..bottom feeder pellets etc.. and he will get enough to eat.. glad to hear your baby arows are eating well....very nice pics of him of synodontis......
