tadpoles are detrivores which means they eat detritus

i have no idea, i know that i got it from pets unlimited the other day, do you know how clean that creek is, i was thinking about buying a minnow trap for the summer and cathing my own feeders, do you think the water is clean enough to do that.

That creek floods all the time and right now it's pretty muddy from all the snow melt and run-off. You could give it a try when it warms up and gets back to normal. It's not a bad place to go fish either!

lil off topic, i live right in front of the creek, i just found a hole a few weeks back with about six small mouth bass all over five pounds, also found a school of about 15 carp all over three feet.

When I was a kid a friend and I caught a bunch of tadpoles and fed them corn meal. I don't know if they ate it, but almost all of them grew into frogs.
