Three weeks ago I spoke at length with Derek. He was fed up as well, saying that after a week of trying to locate the tank with no success he was ready to move forward. He asked if I wanted another tank or a refund...I told him just send another tank. Jennifer's messages made no sense at this point (she asked me to take more pictures of the RETURNED sink box). They were able to trace the tank to D.C. and then it 'disappeared.'

Anyway I got notification yesterday that the new tank has shipped. And it better be a tank or I'm done.
 
Organized crime is no joke its the work of professional thieves. They all need their hands and heads chopped off! As the loss is always passed on to us the customer. Hate hearing stuff like this happening anywhere for any reason. Sorry it happened. SMH

I wonder if the person who swapped the counter combo for your tank stole the counter top as well. After having seen multiple videos of thieves filling bags with merchandise and casually walking out of stores this event does not surprise me.
