it feels just like rubberish. hard to explain. when i rub my hands on the silicone i dont get any i mean ANY silicone on my hands at all. the silicone feels dry or healed or whatever that work is called.

just because the outside its tuff/dry doesnt mean anythig. go to lowes and pick up a moisture meter. mine was like 8 buck. if its 15% or less your good to go.
when ive resealed tanks ive had tanks be ready, under 15% in 2 days other times over a week.
He thinks you mean inside the tank not inside the blob of silicone he has gooped up on there...did you see the pics?
oh the glob? well i pushed down on it and it doesnt move or i dont feel anything squishy inside the glob
that link didnt show up the first im i read through. you really should have cleaned it very good, then taped it off. i would suggest you rip out the silicone and redo it. they key is a nice even thick bead. its your tank and your flooring i wouldnt trust it. also if you ever go to re sell that tank it will be very hard to sell. its really easy to make a seal job look good, you should go back and re do it.
