Tank problem

I’ve been away sick and unfortunately when I came back I had a problem in my tank the water was white and my large Texas cichlid was dead with what looked like eyes popping out my mbu puffer was also dead I quickly did a water change 80% and dosed prime and took out the dead fish however my remaining fish all have something like this here’s a picture of my severum any idea on what it is and what to do next

Just keep an eye on it. You could add 1 teaspoon of salt per 5 gallons to help inhibit growth of bacteria like columnaris. Do not raise the temperature.

Was anyone in charge of the tank while you were out? Did they overfeed?
First thing I’d want to do is a water test to see if anything stands out.

Any sodium chloride... pickling salt, table salt (iodized or non-iodized), kosher salt, water softener salt....

Will marine salt work in all out of ammonia test solution but nitrite and nitrate are 0

Marine salt will work.

With a nitrate of 0, it looks like you lost the cycle in your tank.

I used test strips so it’s probably wrong for nitrates because the tank has been running for around 4 years

It was wrong it says 15 nitrate
