tank setup and fish

then won't the jd and the needle be a problem? or would moving the jd be the best plan. so far looks like the parrot is the aggresser of the tank. but not going after the needle. if i get the birch a home maybe those 2 can live. so far jd is not agressive one bit other then the towords the parrot

just about to ask that. since 45 tank is setup for birch. seems like the best place. and it was a toss up btween jd and parrot. also how many more needles? and anything else in the 45 with the jd?

also about feeding the needle. so far i've put 6 rose reds in and so far the jd ate 2. the needle hasn't even gone after them. they have been in the tank for 2 days now. should i take them out or leave them be to be eaten. i'm new to this fish eat fish thing. looking at the tanks. looks like the so called 45 gal long is much bigger then the 55 gal on top. maybe i got them mixed up. if for some odd reason i did then i'm screwed on looks because i wanted more fish in the top tank. just easyer to see. but oh well. i might end up moving them around again. making the pleco and jd in the top and rest in bottom. just because the bottom looks bigger. must messure again in the morning.

also i'm not sure how much water changes i have too due since we lose alot of water in the air. we have to fill a gal ever week or so. please fill me in if that's enough or more water changed are needed

on a side note parrot fish is now happy again. swiming and not runing. ad for the jd. i think he's kind lost in such a big tank. might have to switch them around

if anyone else has anything to add let me know. also wondering why the jd would try to take over the tank. is it more agressive then the blood cichlid normaly?
