You can aquascape however you like but theses cichlids might decide to change up the scenery from time to time themselves. You can add rock work and driftwood, like i said before just make sure one has a cave or hiding spot to its own. Heres a few pix I stole from here (I hope the owners do not mind)

Ok so ill need 2 to 3 caves then. And some SA plants. Whats the most common SA plant?

I wouldn't worry much about plants, as a lot of Cichlids like to uproot/eat them. I'd stick with rocks and driftwood. You can get slate and rocks and make caves and hiding places and if you find the right driftwood it can serve as a territory as well as looking nice.

Thx for the info!

Is there someone whos has experience with biovinyl tanks? They are cheaper then glass onces, but are they solid too?

not sure what biovinyl is, is that maybe acrylic? is so then yes they are very sturdy, if not the im not sure what they are haha, but about the severum, if you have a mild GT and oscar or an aggressive severum then it might work but may not work with every fish, i think you will have to try a few juvies and see who gets along the best

I have read a freshwater tank should be cycled 3 to 5 times an hour... 375 to 625 GPH for a 125 gallon. I cycle my 210 Gallon about 6 times per hr.

Ok, thx for the info guys. I think im now ready to get new fish!

New tank is arriving in the beginning of next week. Ill post some pics when the fish are in it.

Found all my fish 1x Jack Dempsey, 1x Oscar, 1x Green Terror at the same shop.
Though my aquarium isnt here before monday. The shop people were very friendly and they made sure there would be 1 of each left when I come back to buy them. I had to pay a small amount already.

I also bought a nice piece of wood. Now im doubting to get a black background or one with relief on it.

Still waiting for the new tank.
Im buying all other stuff like sand, wood etc already.

Hence there will be no plants, maybe 1 or 2 in my tank, is it needed to have an o2 pump in the tank?
